To ensure smooth handling and fair pricing, the following delivery policy applies to all customers ordering through the official FU-WANG website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Delivery Charge Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.1 Free Delivery Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FU-WANG Ceramics offers <strong>FREE DELIVERY<\/strong> for online orders that meet either of the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Order Quantity:<\/strong> <strong>5,000 sft (square feet) or more<\/strong><br>OR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Total Tile Coverage:<\/strong> <strong>Equal to 5,000 sft or above<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders meeting this threshold will be delivered to the customer&#8217;s location <strong>at no extra transportation cost<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.2 Delivery Charge for Orders Below 5,000 sft<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the total ordered quantity is <strong>less than 5,000 sft<\/strong>, a delivery charge of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tk 2.00 (Two Taka) per sft<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>will be applied and added automatically during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Order size: 2,000 sft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery charge: 2,000 \u00d7 Tk 2 = <strong>Tk 4,000<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Unloading Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Unloading cost and manpower will be fully managed by the customer.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The FU-WANG delivery team will transport the tiles to the customer\u2019s location but will <strong>not<\/strong> provide unloading labor unless separately arranged by the customer at their own expense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Pre-Unloading Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before unloading begins, the customer must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check the quantity<\/strong> of the delivered tiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspect the visible physical condition<\/strong> (packaging, box condition, surface scratches, cracks on visible tiles).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confirm<\/strong> that the received products match the order description.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Only after the customer\u2019s confirmation will the unloading process proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Product Quality Claim &amp; Replacement Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.1 Quality Complaint After Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the customer identifies a <strong>quality issue<\/strong> with the tiles <strong>after receiving and inspecting<\/strong> the product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They may request a replacement from FU-WANG Ceramics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The complaint must be raised within the official claim window (as per company warranty\/claim policy).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.2 Customer Responsibility for Returning Product<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the customer requests a replacement due to quality concerns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The customer must send the product back<\/strong> to either:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>FU-WANG Factory<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>nearest FU-WANG Dealer Point<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>at their own cost<\/strong>, including transportation and handling charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After receiving the returned items, FU-WANG Ceramics will verify the quality issue and arrange replacement as per policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Important Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Replacement is only applicable for <strong>unused and uncut<\/strong> tiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any damage caused during customer handling, onsite storage, or during return transportation will <strong>not<\/strong> be covered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Color shade variation due to different production batches must be reported before installation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
