FU-WANG Ceramics provides a structured and transparent delivery service for all online purchases. To ensure smooth handling and fair pricing, the following delivery policy applies to all customers ordering through the official FU-WANG website.
1. Delivery Charge Policy
1.1 Free Delivery Eligibility
FU-WANG Ceramics offers FREE DELIVERY for online orders that meet either of the following conditions:
- Order Quantity: 5,000 sft (square feet) or more
OR - Total Tile Coverage: Equal to 5,000 sft or above
Orders meeting this threshold will be delivered to the customer’s location at no extra transportation cost.
1.2 Delivery Charge for Orders Below 5,000 sft
If the total ordered quantity is less than 5,000 sft, a delivery charge of:
Tk 2.00 (Two Taka) per sft
will be applied and added automatically during checkout.
Example:
Order size: 2,000 sft
Delivery charge: 2,000 × Tk 2 = Tk 4,000
2. Unloading Responsibility
- Unloading cost and manpower will be fully managed by the customer.
- The FU-WANG delivery team will transport the tiles to the customer’s location but will not provide unloading labor unless separately arranged by the customer at their own expense.
3. Pre-Unloading Verification
Before unloading begins, the customer must:
- Check the quantity of the delivered tiles.
- Inspect the visible physical condition (packaging, box condition, surface scratches, cracks on visible tiles).
- Confirm that the received products match the order description.
Only after the customer’s confirmation will the unloading process proceed.
4. Product Quality Claim & Replacement Policy
4.1 Quality Complaint After Delivery
If the customer identifies a quality issue with the tiles after receiving and inspecting the product:
- They may request a replacement from FU-WANG Ceramics.
- The complaint must be raised within the official claim window (as per company warranty/claim policy).
4.2 Customer Responsibility for Returning Product
If the customer requests a replacement due to quality concerns:
- The customer must send the product back to either:
- The FU-WANG Factory, or
- The nearest FU-WANG Dealer Point,
- at their own cost, including transportation and handling charges.
After receiving the returned items, FU-WANG Ceramics will verify the quality issue and arrange replacement as per policy.
5. Important Notes
- Replacement is only applicable for unused and uncut tiles.
- Any damage caused during customer handling, onsite storage, or during return transportation will not be covered.
- Color shade variation due to different production batches must be reported before installation.
